Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is corked or flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, wine that is ordered in error, or wine that doesn't satisfy a personal preference. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the corked or flawed wine is received by Siren Song, you will receive replacement wine, or, if you prefer, you will receive a full refund (including shipping and handling charges, if any). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
