In order to be a member of the Siren Club, we require a minimum purchase commitment of one case of wine per year.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states. If Siren Song Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Siren Song Wines. We apologize in advance, if we are unable to ship wine to you.
Shipping and Handling Costs
You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to processing your order. We are completely transparent about these costs and will openly share them with you in advance of taking your order. Just let us know if you have any questions.
Federal Express Ground and UPS are Siren Song Wines' carriers of choice. Ground shipping is provided at the current market rates for those carriers at the time of shipping. *Note – If the customer selects air shipping, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Siren Song Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. That said, we will do everything practicable to not ship wines during periods of extremely hot or cold weather.
