Vineyards

They say that great wine is “made in the vineyard.”  We agree and we are fortunate to work with several of the region’s top growers. 

To make a wine that fulfills our creative inspiration, we start by finding the best grapes. We then partner with the growers, share our vision, then assist in the harvest process.  This insures that we get fruit with the right amount of sugar, acidity, and tannins.

The weather conditions are a wild card year to year.  This keeps the harvest process interesting and challenging.  As we experiment and our winemaking skills evolve with every harvest, we are learning how to coax the best out of the vineyards.
