Enjoy a hands-on French Bistro style cooking class with our “Siren in the Kitchen,” Holly Brown, at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery. This 3-Course menu features the classic Burgundian appetizer, the Gougères (French cheese puff). You'll also discover the techniques of French chefs as you create tender pan seared Chicken Dijon, finished in fragrant mustard créme sauce, plated with perfectly roasted potatoes and greens. For dessert you'll prepare delicately sweet French crêpes.
Cooking Class Includes:
• Multi-course, hands on menu preparation followed by lunch and wine pairings
• Classes take place in our Provençal style kitchen at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery
• You'll learn menu planning, French cooking techniques, the art of “mis en place,” knife skills, and plating tips taught by our Siren in the Kitchen, Holly Brown
