Holly's Stuffed Eggs Au Gratin and Roasted Potato Coins* - $18 This family favorite features smoked ham stuffed eggs (and Holly's special spices) drenched in house-made béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese.  Stuffed Eggs Au Gratin are served with herb roasted potato coins, fresh berries, and French baguette.

Salmon Pâté* - $18 Rich and creamy house-made pâté featuring smoked salmon, Mascarpone, fresh lemon, dill and horseradish. Served with crostini.

The Rooster Brunch Style Pizza$18 Smoked bacon, fresh tomatoes, caramelized onions, a freshly cracked egg, finished with basil chiffonade, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.

Bacon Wrapped Fig, Fruit and Cheese Platter* - $22 Features decadent bacon wrapped dates, wedges of Blue Cheese, and Creamy Brie, Sweet and Savory Balsamic Glazed Pecans, as well as Apple Slices. Served with a French Baguette.

Cheesy Cauliflower and Fennel Dip* - $12 Features Prosciutto di Parma, 3 cheeses and parsley. Served with seasoned crostini for dipping.

Strawberry Stuffed Crêpes - $12 Build your own French Crêpe with a selection of fruit, spreads, and toppings.

Chocolate Cherry Cordial Trio* - $8 Bing cherries, surrounded in our own sweet fondant, and dipped in 70% cacao chocolate.

Sparkling Mimosa Flight of Three - $15 Each Mimosa features Siren Song Sparkling Wine, The Monet, combined with grapefruit, orange juice, and French Crème de Cassis.

Note: * gluten-free can be served with GF crackers instead of French baguette or crostini
