Fall-Ravioli - Caramelized onion gruyere and spinach tucked in of butternut squash ravioli, served with wild mushrooms, chestnut and sage cream, infused mushroom butter

Roasted Pork Belly Pistachio Turkish dukkah (nut blend), roasted grapes, purple cauliflower rice, crispy brussels leaves, roasted fennel foam

Coq Au Vin - Chicken breast stuffed with mushroom, wrapped in bacon, served with roasted carrot, pea puree, potato robuchon, served with red wine reduction
