A Taste of the Pacific Northwest Sunday Supper - March 19th at 5pm

Sunday Suppers at Siren Song are themed multi-course dinners that take place once a month on Sundays. Join us on March 19th for a 5-course PNW themed evening of food and wine pairings, inspired by Washington Wine Month and Taste Chelan in March.

Sunday Suppers include:

  • A 5-course dinner

  • Siren Song wine pairing with each course

  • $95 per person ($85 per person for Siren Club members) plus tax.

Sunday Supper - A TASTE OF the Pacific Northwest MENU:

AMUSE BOUCHE - Salmon “candy” paired with Siren Song 2020 The Muse (Sparkling produced in the Méthode Champenoise)

COURSE 2 - Pan seared scallops with bacon truffle butter paired with Siren Song 2021 Spanish Dancer (100% Albariño, Yakima Valley AVA)

COURSE 3 - Spring mix, watercress, and fennel salad tossed with orange vinaigrette and Rogue River Blue Cheese paired with Siren Song 2021 Belle Tavel (100% Grenache Rosé, off-dry, Rocky Reach AVA)

COURSE 4 - Roasted lamb in mint marinade with spring peas and asparagus, served with risotto paired with Siren Song 2017 Beijo (Estate Merlot Blend, Siren of the Lake Estate Vineyard in the Lake Chelan AVA)

COURSE 5- Washington apple tart spiked with chef crafted “Almond Roca” and fresh creme, paired with Siren Song 2018 Grand Cru Cabernet Franc (Siren of the Ancient Stones Estate Vineyard in The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater AVA)
