Hers: Love potion #10: Blue Spirits Ghost Gin, St Germaine, Simple Syrup, Tonic, Grapefruit Aperol foam 

2) Starter Course - Select one of the following paired with Siren Song 2024 Cezanne 100% Sauvignon Blanc Wine

Potato Leek Soup
Chicken velouté, potato, pancetta, leek, herbs, chive, chervil, fennel
