French Onion Soup $16
Sweet caramelized onions in beef brothwith a hint of sherry and wine, topped with toasted crostini
and a trio of melted cheeses (Gruyère, Parmesan, and mozzarella) served piping hot!
Burrata Board $16
Butternut squash purée, bacon and vino jam, caramelized endive. Served with house-made herbed focaccia bread.
Chicken Parmesan Over Angel Hair Pasta $25
Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and melted cheeses served over angel hair pasta and garlic jalapeño cream sauce, with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
Substitute prawns for chicken add $2
The Bistro Burger $24
House ground burger (80% hanger steak an 20% duck breast) pickled red cabbage, Mediterranean aioli, and a fried egg. Served with Siren’s scratch rosti fries.
Steak Au Poivre $32
Peppercorn crusted Hanger steak, with choice of roasted garlic cheddar butter or house steak sauce. Served witH seasonal vegetables and skillet of Yukon gold scalloped potatoes featuring Dubliner, Lambchopper, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses.
