A Taste of Spain Menu Features:
Course 1 - Tortilla Española, paired with Siren Song 2021 Spanish Dancer, 100% Albariño
Course 2 - Jamón ibérico, paired with Siren Song 2017 Beijo, Estate Merlot blend
Course 3 - House Paella, paired with Siren Song 2017 A Night in Madrid, Tempranillo/Grenache blend. Siren Song House specialty authentic Spanish Paella is a traditional “mixta” of chicken, Spanish chorizo, and shellfish, vegetables, Bomba rice, saffron, and sofrito.
Course 4 - Panna Cotta drizzled in red wine caramel sauce, paired with Siren Song 2017 Zelda, 100% Zinfandel
